Performance

Performance training specializes in (professional) athletes that seek to develop their full athletic protentional. We combine the latest equipment with evidence-based training methods and systematic data analysis. To start a performance trajectory, we perform a series of test to determine the athletes baseline. Once the baseline is set we create an individual program that focuses on two things, firstly minimizing the risk of injury and secondly improving the athletes performance. During the entire program the athlete is subjected to tests that allow us to monitor the athletes progress and modify the individual program. All of this data is obtained through the state-of-the-art equipment we have in house.
