PowerPlus is THE small group training for women with the age 60+ who want to work on their strength, flexibility and fitness in a fun, safe and effective way.
As you get older, it is more and more essential to stay active and maintain your strength, stability, and mobility.
That is why we developed PowerPlus: a customized exercise program aimed at promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
