During our first assessment or intake meeting we collect objective data through standardized test and innovative equipment. We provide 4 main lift exercises to set up your personal baseline. MPC uses all of this information to design a personalized training program. Systematic screening of performance data allows our specialists to monitor the effectiveness of each training program and the progression you have made. You will receive regular analysis reports that offer insight into your progress and guidance towards further training improvement.

When you feel the need to go to the next level, we can monitor you 24/7. Through a wearable “whoop” we get an insight in your active life. We monitor your sleeping pattern, your training load and recuperation. Based on this information we design a personalized training program that will effectively and precisely accommodate your needs. This 24/7 monitoring allows us to perfectly determine what your body needs at any point during the sport season. A sharp drop in your data might show a starting illness like a cold. Overtraining can be indicated (and prevent) by reduced parameters, which could lead to injury. additionally, we can see when you are fully recovered and ready to train at your maximal capacity.
